story:

airport 9 am, check in counter, person comes up, "hello, upgrade to biz class, but fly at 6pm?"

me: calls everyone, everyone checked in through sentral, sighs, and says "no, want to fly now"

goes to counter to check in "hello, sorry, no more seat left for now"

me: OH MY



moral of the story: i came back from the airport & going again later, 6pm biz class baby! :D
